What part sounded like a Klan meeting? I?ve never been to one, so I must confess I?m not entirely sure what to look for though.

Neither have I, but two things rubbed me the wrong way:

Complaining about the time it took to issue the alert (which I guess is fine), but linking that back to some of long standing conspiracy of inaction.

And this...

Well, this system was recently implemented and remains in beta phase until they work out the glitches... everyone, including Raven Payment, should understand that.
