Sam's Club yesterday. I suppose they'll be gone next year, or sooner.

At two cents a bag, that really accentuates the ripoff of consumers by the state and the counties. Consider too, that the cost of supplying the bags was borne by grocers or other vendors but actually wrapped into the cost of goods so it was always paid for by the consumer. By collecting a fee they are actually (over)charging you a second time for a bag you've already paid for.
