Default Anyone else get billed twice by Xcel???

I got emailed two bills this month on the same day. One says amount due $124.56, the other says amount due is $188.60. I've never received two bills before. My account is paid current so it's not a carryover balance.

When I log into my account it says my amount due is $313.16, my scheduled autopay on Jan 26th is $188.60 (even though it's setup to pay my account balance) and my billed total is $124.56

    WTF is going on here?

I can tell you that my last bill was $305+, and my home is 702 sq ft, so, yeah, that $188.60 on your autopay is probably not cutting it.
My guess is that they screwed up your autopay and 124.56 is the balance...

Are you signed up for Average Monthly Payment billing? If so...

We review accounts on averaged monthly payment (AMP) every three months. If your energy use is tracking higher or lower than your current AMP amount, necessary adjustments will be made and will show up on the following month's statement.
After 12 months, we will review your account again and settle any differences between the energy you used, and the money you've paid. This settlement is called a True Up charge, and it will be reflected on your bill.

They changed their website and everything billing so it took me a bit to figure it out. They billed me for gas on one bill and electrical on a second bill. Not sure how being billed twice on the same day works with autopay, but glad I caught it. They'd probably give me a late charge when the autopay paid short.
