In a lot of cases, the staff and I would agree with you.

Main stream media is failing to cover this topic and lots of our members don't look through all of the various forums, but most everyone checks out the General Discussion forum regularly. In this case, getting the word out by leaving this thread (for now) in the most read forum on the site is a better option.

Nothing we don't already know about the semi-auto ban but at the 44:25 mark he mentions other bills that may be introduced this session. To include ammo background checks, raising the age limit to 21 and requiring insurance on each gun owned.

Federal Court. Unless you are a military member, then a court martial is possible. Title 10 & Title 18 US Code will apply. Installation commander can make his own rules. Internal Security Act of 1950 is applicable. Court martial is governed by the UCMJ.

From what I can tell, it looks like the proof of possession and transportation/usage restrictions were removed. Essentially no sales or transfers.
