Bruen has already rendered these types of ban moot. SCOTUS has already kicked Bianchi v Frosh back to the 4th.

In light of Bruen, I just can't figure out how these states keep doing this?

Maybe because their is no recourse against legislators on things like this?

Need some recourse to these legislators that keep trying to undermine the constitution. If it’s the correct kind, then this stuff will stop.
