They went after Trump full-bore with midnight FBI raids and calls for prosecution.

Now, whoops, Biden is caught doing the same thing, but (so far) "it's okay, he didn't mean to have classified".


If this has been me in any of the 3 circumstances I'd now be rotting in a prison cell.

They need to play 100% fair for everyone, this includes how they'd treat average citizens. Our elected officials should be held to a HIGHER standard.

I find the sudden "air cover" provided by the media on this one to be hilarious. Every mention of this ends with "and here is how this is different from orange man bad".

And I agree, this is posturing to get Gavin Newsom in line for the nomination. No one wants Kamala, she simply can't win.

Nobody wants her, not even dems. I'm guessing this is just setting the stage for the next election, not an immediate forced retirement. Everybody knows Kamala can't win an election, so no need to worry about her, but there is worry about Biden running for reelection. They're trashing him now so he goes away quietly.

Classified what? Top Secret, Secret or Confidential? Maybe FOUO? Hell, it could be his medical records! It maybe a NOAA report that the North Atlantic cod has been virtually wiped out and Alaskan King Crab stock has nearly been depleted. I am sure this is a distraction to keep the media busy. The real issues never make the news.
