    Default Lever gun barrel threading locally

    I have a marlin 1895 trapper in 45-70, looking to get the barrel threaded and a thread protector made. Any recommendations in state? I?m in El Paso county, but willing to drive several hours if there is a recommendation for a gunsmith to thread the barrel.

    I use http://htcustoms.com/ for barrel threading. He's located near Fillmore and Nevada.
