I'm not buying it. Cruz had to push and prod Biden and the Dems into stopping Nordstream 2. I don't have any data on what could or did happen but I just don't buy Biden damaging his future receipts from Russian natural gas interests.

Biden has said a lot of things. As I said (and as Hersh acknowledged in his article), Cruz had to block 64 of Biden's nominations to get him to respond to Cruz's concerns about Nordstream 2.

Biden is taking credit now for supporting Ukraine even though he had to literally be forced into doing so. No, I don't believe Biden took action. I do believe he might have been forced into not objecting when someone else took action but taking an action like this just doesn't fit his pattern of behavior.
