    If they pass this law (and they will) and case law is set from it, can we then sue the various manufacturers of Yoga pants for their products not being used as they were intended (we've all seen the 5'4" 300lb woman in yoga pants make for a woman half her size and eeewwww! Plus, we should also be able to sue these same manufacturers for the woman who are using the product as intended, yet causing undo hardship on us men (see what I did there?).

    Your analogy is a stretch...

    However, can Stanley Tools now be sued if one of their hammers is used in a murder? What about Ka-Bar for the nut that killed the girls in Idaho?

    And the stores that sold those tools?

    Yes, I was stretching the concept of the idea of holding someone who did nothing wrong/illegal accountable for the actions of someone who did. While my point was extreme it points to the question of "how far do you take this once you've crossed the line?".
