Default Too bad she didn't find the "right" victim.

Reminds me of the incident in Aurora last year...

    https://www.9news.com/article/news/c...4-554d46c4f0d6

A Denver Police officer broke a bone while attempting to arrest a woman who now faces numerous felony charges related to at least five attempted carjackings in Denver on Monday afternoon, including one during which she fired a shot past a woman's head.

Was a few car jackings in Pueblo yesterday. Methinks crime is on the increase.

    Side note:
I can't stand F#C*ing investigative reporters. Stood toe-to-toe with a couple several years back (Raj Chohan being one). Whiny little b!tche$ that would threaten to sue you if you touched them but backed off when confronted face to face.
    Rant over.

I found a great carjacking prevention tactic... drive a 30+ year old shitbox no-one wants and hit it with a rattlecan paintjob. When the tweakers wander down the street busting out car windows they leave my shitbox alone, lol.

I’m not sure that nobody wants that car. It’s pretty bad ass.

My FJ and Tacoma have real transmissions as well.

It is very easy to wire a discrete manual switch in the clutch safety circuit that will prevent the vehicle from starting unless pressed.
