The asswipes make people do background checks, they want to have registration, they keep pushing more and more "gun control". Why isn't there "Birth Control" why don't they make these mutts get a background check before they breed, why don't they give mental tests before impregnation?. You need a license to drive, fish, cut hair, maybe there needs to be a license to breed.
