If there was another school that was more secure and didn't get hit because of that reason, it would seem like this and all other schools without enough security are negligent. The police are saying the head of the school actively sought out training for active shooter scenarios and that she broke off a teleconference as soon as the first shot was fired to go make sure the students were protected. The police also seem to have nothing but praise for the school's staff in this situation. I don't see any negligence here.

Any lawsuit should be against the media that are inflaming irrational activists. They're already at work trying to spin this as the shooter being provoked by "transphobes". This is yet another situation where the Leftists are blaming material objects (the guns) and the victims because the facts don't fit their agenda.
