Those wearing foil hats may see this as an plan by "them" to stir up a rebellion only to have it put down by declaring martial law.

Two years, at least, of total Federal Government control. Think curfews, limited travel, food and energy rationing and yes, firearm confiscation.

Personally, I don't buy it. I don't think "they" are that nefarious or organized enough to pull off a plan that complicated.
