There seems to be nothing unlawful about paying someone to sign a NDA... but they say there are 30 other possible charges due to business deals... which likely were done by accountants and attorneys rather than Trump himself. A few legal experts posited that there would be no arrest, even if he turned himself in he's walk out after court.

I think the most serious charge is bank fraud. I think the whole system is a fraud. Misrepresenting asset values can be a crime. This is more a distraction from the real issues than a crusade for justice. It is supposed to make the average person think the system is fair.
