I'm lazy. Anyone know who to call for tax relief in Denver for the senor discount.

I just saw above how he is taking tax refunds under tabor to go to governments budgets? Is that as bad as it sounds?

The Dems. are constantly looking to dip into or completely remove TABOR. Acting like it's a ATM machine.

All I see from Polis is robbing Peter to pay Paul. And once again. if you're a landowner with tenants, screw you, you rich bastards. From telling landlords that they couldn't evict non-paying tenants during covid, and after for a while, to now telling you that you can't pass on any added costs that you may incur do to rising taxes.

This state is going down the chitter as fast as the water can circle the drain.
Laws aren't "preventable" measures. IOW, more gun laws won't stop mass shootings.

Start with the assessor?s office. I filed last year in Arapahoe, I met the age and length of home ownership of the same property. It was a single page I filled out and sent in. A month later I received notice I was approved starting this calendar year.

    What percentage?
My assessment increased by 32 percent in Jeffco, but the tax mil levy is marked TBD, so the dollar amount is not available yet.
I believe the mil levy has to be set in November, and then you know what the tax increase is.

KOAA had an extensive report on this and twisted it into all being TABOR's fault

Tabor is at fault. Imagine how much money they could steal from us rubes without it?

Got mine (JeffCO) today, About a 40% increase. The assessed value is about $100K more than I could sell it for, and about $50K more than it ever was (according to Zillow).
