    Default Quantum Fiber

My old Centurylink Wi-Fi is being replaced with the new fiber service. Faster and $5 less a month. Install slated for the 13th. I don?t do much more than surf the web, email and watch an occasional show or movie on a couple platforms.

How do those of you that have fiber like it?

Now my VOIP phone works great. I just got fiber last month. I was paying $50 a month for wireless. Now it is $112 for fiber.

We moved back in November but had CenturyLink fiber at the last place. I got full speed at 940 down and 940 up. It made working from home a lot better when I needed to push large files. I don't recall ever having to reboot or reset the modem Centurylink provided either. The modem from XFinity has to be reset about once a month. I miss the CenturyLink fiber line.
    Never complain; never explain.

CenturyLink has a 200/200 deal going for $30 at some address, works very well.

Given your usage, I'd opt for 50 if it's available. Your needs are very modest.
