Storm thread

I thought I was ok but yesterday I discovered a serious leak through the floor of my basement. Thankfully it's unfinished and what I lost was limited a crappy carpet remnant I used to cover the concrete floor and some boxes of unimportant crap I was going to toss anyway. The water stopped just short of all the crap my sister stores at my place because she bought a condo without any extra storage space LOL. I feel the carpet absorbed the majority of the water. Got the crack dried and sealed, didn't even know it was there.

For those of you that had severe damage I'm really sorry and hope you get everything squared away.
