A couple years ago, a former Kimber executive made waves when he was hired by Giffords.
I came across this interview from last week. The headline says he explains the roots of America's gun violence problem.
He blames it on advertising, racism and right wing politics.
"By the time Barack Obama left office, the United States was purchasing almost 17 million guns a year. And so I think it?s impossible to discount the degree to which Obama?s presidency lit this whole thing on fire."
"But with Trump, we experienced a whole new, never seen before level of fear, racism, hatred and conspiracy that culminated in 2020."
"Some of that will be demanding that the Supreme Court not apply foolish originalist reasoning to instances like this."
