Yet another racist incel ultra MAGA white male in his early 20's on a shooting rampage.

He is black and 40 years old with previous convictions.

But as the Mayor is quoted saying...

Mayor Jim Kenney said Tuesday that "this country needs to examine its conscience and find out how to get guns out of dangerous people's hands."

"A person walking down the street with an AR-style rifle and shooting randomly at people while wearing a bulletproof vest with multiple magazines is disgraceful, but an all too common situation in America," Kenney continued.

    Okay...

    Who you gonna call? Ghostbusters!

Carriker had a previous gun conviction and was carrying a "ghost gun" the night of the shooting... Ghost guns are untraceable, self-assembled firearms, often put together with parts sold online.

There is a good reason to believe the AR-15 and the ghost gun "may have been obtained illegally," Krasner said. The investigation into the legality of the gun will take time, he said, "partly... because the NRA has done a hell of a job trying to make it difficult for people to investigate the source of a weapon."

"He had a gun conviction back in 2003, and yet here we are looking at, you know, five people dead as a result of a mass shooting rampage, where he was well-armed and had another firearm back at his residence," Krasner added.

Scary, scary ghosts! And the NRA! We're doomed! All these guns are gonna kill us all!

I'm a little confused. The (Facebook?) pictures of this clown show him dressed as a female.

Why isn't that in the news, or is that off limits?

    Doesn't fit the narrative.

I read a couple articles on it and didn't see it mentioned either. I heard it on the radio then looked for anything written about it. The New York Post says there are some pictures of him dressed as a woman.

LOTS of transgenders brandishing weapons and making threats on social media over the past few years... it seems to be a new trend.

NBC Nightly News just said he is believed to be mentally ill (duh), and made several social media posts about guns.

They also said that the shell casings found at the site match shell casings found at his home.

Can this site be considered social media?

If so, we are all in trouble.

I am curious about the "matching" of "shell casings".

In my admittedly limited knowledge of firearm forensics, what does that mean?

I guess if his "ghost gun" was loaded with Hornady and there was a box of Hornady ammo in the safe at his estate, that may be considered a match?

But if they are talking about something like an extractor mark on an ejected round, how can that be a match for ammo at home? Unless he reloaded and saved his brass...

The whole thing is so confusing.

Until I remind myself that media has an agenda and my simple questions have absolutely no bearing on the "facts" of the case- Guns Are Evil!

@.455_Hunter Thanks for the link. Much more informative than what is generated here in the U.S.A.

    "Didn't fit the narrative."

    "All guns are evil."

I just heard a report on the radio. The news caster spent the bulk of her report describing the firearms and firearms related charges. Not the victims, not the shooter. She closed by stating "He is also charged with murder."

    Guns = bad

Wow. That was quick. Kinda makes it seem like it may have been in the works for while...
