Default 6.5 Grendel er 6.8 SPC

I gave up on 300 Blackout after studying the ballistics and reading the other posts on the matter.

Then I went back to my original 2 choices, the 6.5 Grendel or 6.8 SPC.

I did some serious homework on both of them and decided on the 6.8.

Mainly because I have a bunch of .277 bullets laying around..

Tried to order the upper and everyone is out of the bolts. Must be a pretty popular round.

However, I found a upper in 6.5 Grendel. Everything I have read, this round sounds pretty good.

Gonna find out by this weekend.

So you decided on a 6.8, but then bought a 6.5?

As I said, the only reason I chose the 6.8 is because I have a bunch of .277 bullets.

Other than that, it was a toss up, so I took the 6.5

Nice. Let us know how you like it.

I personally like the 6.5 better, but don't think you can go wrong with either.
