Depends to where and what it is. Long guns are ok to ship to an out of state ffl, Providing said ffl accepts from a non-ffl. Handguns, ffl-ffl., no questions there. There are some ffls, who still accept long guns from non-ffl's. Sadly that seems to be disappearing too, based on the FFL's ins co requirements, etc. One of my ffl's has no issue with long guns, a store front i deal with, their higher up say nothing from anyone except another ffl. I use them for transfers from davidsons, or other online vendors. Down here it's anywhere from $20-50.
