    I started planning this one a year ago? used the eclipse as an excuse for an extended family camping trip in southern Utah. I was lucky to be in the perfect spot for the ring of fire.

    My family went to fabulous Monroe, Utah to view the annular eclipse on Sunday.
    My daughter put together this short time-lapse video of the eclipse

    and here are some photos of the start, middle and end of 'annularity'

    To bad that's being passed off as a real picture.

    That's a total eclipse. The 14th was an annular eclipse where you don't get to see the corona.
