The term "Amusement Park" is a stretch, but gathers headlines and attention. I believe there is a swingy thing and an alpine slide type of attraction up there. Also, don't you have to take a gondola to get up there from the parking lot? He had to stand out a bit looking based on what he was wearing, and also the armaments.
