random accuracy discussion

a friend and i were talking about taking longer range, accurate shots and got into a debate about what we think about and check/change while trying to be as accurate as possible beyond 100 yards. for example, monitoring breathing, etc. i was curious what everyone else had to say about what goes through their head and what their "routine" is if you will while lining up those shots.

Some things that I go through when shooting at only 3-600 yards.. which isn't even long range.
