Thats my pops on the right in Nam 67.
Me in 91..never did pick up that bad habit.
Ya know, I was actually a SPC in that pic. I had gotten promoted about a month before and never got word of it. Paperwork did not move fast back then…….after about 4 months of nobody being aware I got a pretty good little chunk of back pay for the time.
A big salute to all you fellow Vets out there today.
