like i say on my last post, it been past 90 days now and i still did get no info on my ccw so i call them. the lady in the office told me that they are behind and i still have to wait for the manger to review my file. she says that there are a big stack of files on her desk and she had not go time to review it, what a bunch of BS. So im still waiting, hope they give it to me for waiting this long. Ill keep up the reports

you may want to remind them (tactfully) that they are in violoation of C.R.S. 18-12-206 and need to issue the permit or provide reasons for denial.

I believe you said English was your second language... Did you get some help in filling out the CCW forms? If you wrote on those forms as you write on here, the CLEO may have just put it in file 13 (trash). Proper sentence structure and spelling would really help you out.
