Default Need a trusted contractor for sidings/home painting/window frames repairs.

We just got notice from Farmers Insurance that they will not renew our Home policy next November unless we get some stuff fixed on the exterior of the house.
    I quote:

'"A company inspection that revealed substantial increase in hazards insured against.
The dwelling has peeling and damaged soffits and fascia that need to be painted/repaired.
The dwelling has damaged siding that needs to be painted/repaired.
The dwelling has damaged/peeling window frame(s) that needs to be repaired/painted.

The paint peeling and damaged soffits and fascia need to be painted and repaired."

You guys came through in the past, so I am hoping someone can put me in touch with a contractor...

We had our house painted by Vivax in October 2020, and they did a good job. They replaced a number of siding boards and window frames for us too. I doubt they're among the "cheapest" options available but the crew that they sent to our house cared about their workmanship.

Thank you, I gave them a call and they'll come over to give us an estimate.

    Anyone else?

Just used Vivax last Spring. I would highly recommend avoiding them. Things must have changed since 2020. The wood work/siding was an abomination, paint was meh. There's better out there. PM if you want details

Do not use Certapro under any circumstance.
