Bought 2 cases at Sam?s when the .10 tax went into play. Have new bags for a long time. We go through self checkout at Soopers and always decline the bag tax but leave with bags of groceries that we reuse at Wally World. My kids told me I was stealing and I educated them on taxes and the bureaucracy that the 0.10 goes to, now they are on board and we have been keeping what we earn, haha.
