Bags & Take out boxes illegal per CO Interest Group

Soon there will be a 3 day waiting period for paper bags. You know, for the children.

I see we have a whole new slew of laws in place on January 1 that ban bags altogether, including takeout boxes for food, etc.

In the articles that talk about this, they all cite the Colorado Public interest research group that provides all of their statistics on how bad bags are for the environment.

this whole idea pisses me off, but what makes me even more mad is they are propping up what is clearly a democrat funded organization and basing laws off of their conclusions.

Y'all are going to get to personally fund this group when you pay for all the student loan forgiveness.

I think the problem was they are finding carcinogens in the wildlife and waters. Then you eat few quail, rabbit, etc. It is an eco thing. I always distill my drinking water. The crap I remove is unreal. The local well water cannot be used due to radionuclides, according to local authorities. The bags I find on the praire, are usually brittle and crumble if they are exposed enough.

I think we should all collect as many plastic bags as possible and periodically dump them on the capital building in Denver where these laws were made. Don’t even need to get out, anytime you drive by up there just throw them out the window.
