    This is what I have been looking at. Kinda pricey but looks like it will stand up well.

    Couple of the minions bikes would work well for power.

    Hit/miss engine would work well as long as fuel available.

    Grew up grinding wheat for bread on the Country Living Grain mill.

    It does a fantastic job.

    A nice small DC motor high torque low RPM with the right gearing would work fine with one solar panel and a car battery would do wonders.

    I dropped the need to look into that sort of thing when I found my grain maker had zero issues milling wheat powered my my arm.
    If I needed to grind corn - I would be making sure I could get the mill powered by a bike or the something besides a hand crank.
