My first question is WHY do people still participate in surveys?

Anonymous or not, I NEVER share personal information out with anyone performing a "survey" because more often than not, the "data" they're collecting is used against my personal interests.

According to the article, only 45% of homes have firearms and only 7% carry daily. We're slackin'.

So 95% of homes have a firearm, but 50% of firearm owners said "no" when asked on surveys?

Somehow, I really doubt 45% of people responded yes. I bet the action group pulled a % out of their rear-end.

    "In common use"

The gun grabbers use that term to say not very many Americans have guns, so we can take them away from those that do.

And nearly all Coloradans who smoke weed or do drugs are not Doctors, but they act like one. Trying to convince me about the medical benefits of weed and mushrooms.

I wonder if they considered “None of your business!” as a YES.

I’ve never gotten polled for one of these surveys. I don’t actually know anyone who has either. Has anyone here ever been asked to participate?

I've only been asked in depositions, and refused to answer.

The results are going to be released today.

It will be interesting to see their methodology in data collection.

I saw that on the news yesterday. The reporter said 1500 people were in the survey.

1500 people out of 6 million is .025%.

How is that an accurate sampling? What can you draw from a data pool that small?

Judging by the parties involved, it is certain to be skewed.
