seems to me we already have a standard for obtaining a concealed carry license. Seems to me all this does is add more hoops for the avg. citizen to jump through, and will in the end cost us more money too. Always about more money!!! For the children of course....

Curious, is this bill needed because legally carrying citizens are shooting up joints? Kids dyeing because we're not locking up our guns?

And as was already mentioned, how many criminals are going to take these classes?
