18 inches in NW Colo. Springs. Add another 15 inches Friday morning, total 33 inches. I'll take all the moisture we get happily.

Basically a dud here in Adams County just east of I-76 and about 6 miles north of DIA. Snow, but nothing is sticking.

It's up to ~38" now in Peaceful Valley. The state highway remains unplowed.

Any of you east of Pueblo towards Canon City? Was planning a trip to see Colorado with the kid on spring break. But now not sure those roads are passable to Salina and BV.

Check the CDOT cameras on COTRIP.ORG

From what I've seen the main roads are mostly just wet. Not much sticking.

Here is Highway 50 between Pueblo West and Penrose just a few minutes ago (4:30 PM local time):

I drove from Montrose to Springs today, it was amazing how many vehicles didn't have their headlights on when visibility was marginal.

Took 114 down to Saguache and then back up 285 to avoid Monarch - figured M had more risk of delay/closure due to asshats. It is a few more miles but the pass is lower, with typically no trucks and less traffic overall. That proved correct, but not plowed for quite a while which didn't matter to me at all.

Saw some real shitboxes headed the other way up the pass, not sure what they were thinking. I did wave enthusiastically to the one oncoming plow driver, those guys have do deal with so many idiots.

Total about 7 hours, but I was stuck behind a plow near Blue Mesa and stuck behind a stack of timid ill-equipped drivers through the canyon.

Also for Erni, CC area to Salida was wet and not snow-packed yesterday afternoon. 285 gets a lot of attention from plows, and the next few days will all be above freezing. I think good common sense and AWD/4WD will get you anywhere on a US or state highway.
