This hurts Boebert the most and the 3rd district. Now there will be a special election. She must decide if she wants to resign her 3rd district seat to run in 4th for the special election.

I think this was establishment Republicans trying to get someone else other than Boebert in the special election.

What ever happened to Ken's "drain the swamp"? It was an interesting read.

You are correct in that the GOP worked with Ken Buck to prevent Boebert from running in the 4th district. She is a liability because of her behavior, because she failed her 3rd district constituents by bringing nothing to help the districts interests, and because she attracts big Dem money due to her obvious vulnerability. The only reason Boebert is switching from 3rd to 4th district is because she was certain to lose her 3rd district seat. And, there are better qualified candidates vying for the 4th district who don't have Boebert's baggage.

As for Boebert draining the swamp, all she did was to help create division within the party. Loud mouthed self promotion only goes so far, and what we're left with is the rotting stink of party disfunction.
