So, I went in for my annual "wellness" (physical) checkup and, being over 65, was asked to fill out a basic questionnaire on my ability to take care of myself. Things like dressing, bathing, meal prep, housework, etc. Simple reasonable questions. The last part was about your household, do you live alone, does your house have loose rugs, stairs, handrails, walk in shower and finally, any fireairms, yes, they spelled it with an extra 'i'. Of course, I didn't check that one off because I don't have any fireairms and it's no business of theirs if I did.

Kind of reminds me of the rumors of school counselors asking kids if there are any guns in the house.
