Well, if we're going for fame by relation or association... I am eponymous with the foregoing Nobel Prize winner, but I'm a cousin of actor Johnny Depp, and my family used to own Commander's Palace restaurant in the quarter down in Nawlins.

Interesting. I think Johnny Depp is a genuis. He can really play some great roles. I was in "Nawlins" for a week or two. Got to play some great stuff like in Preservation Hall with the house band and on the streets with Youngblood, and some other stuff. Good times.

Although not a important as what most have posted:

I was the first one to jump into Invesco Field. The FAA wanted what we call a "Wind Dummy" ( their terminlogy was test jumper) to see if it was feasible with all the cables and what was my recommendation for wind limits into the stadium. Easy jump but they made more of a big deal than it was. It was just another jump for me.

    Relatives huh?

Well, my mom dated David Graf, who played Tackleberry from the Police Academy movies.

And my grandmother dated Burl Ives. Interestingly enough while he was married.

I was shot in a robbery at the Albertson's at Academy and Palmer Park while in HS in '87. They showed me on the 10:30 news being walked out by a paramedic on one arm and a cop on the other.

I milked that for all it was worth. Stayed out of school for about 3 weeks. Showed the scar to many girlies.

Wow... Apparently I've lead a very boring and sheltered life. I have cool interesting friends though!
