Some scuba shops have a compressor that is able to 4500psi. Also, some fire stations have them. I get mine filled at a scuba shop in Broomfield. It takes a while as they do a fill, cool the tank town, then top it off. My carbon fiber tank is an scba, instead of a scuba. Expensive, but well worth it as I got tired of lugging a heavy and bulky scuba tank around. There are several portable compressors on the market now that can fill it, and I have one ordered. Couple hundred bucks, but makes it more convenient when I need to top off my scba tank. Trust me, this PCP rifle stuff is a deep rabbit hole. But also a total kick in the butt fun. I shoot about 500 pellets a week. Even have night vision on the silly rifle.

There is a shop in Parker that specializes in PCP rifles if anyone is interested in seeing these things in person. The owner is a great guy and is a ton of help with questions, and knowledge. I popped in a few years ago to look at a FX brand rifle I was “interested” in getting. After an hour of chatting with him and fondling a lot of rifles, my wallet was $2000 lighter and I walked out with an incredible rifle and deal. He even custom tuned it for me for the weight and type of pellet I like to shoot. At 50yds, it shoots 22cal 18gr pellets hole in hole accurate.
Here’s a link to his shop. Go visit him. He has some incredible air rifles there.
