Now it just fits the mold, and people think it's cause he is old. But he always used to come up with the most obvious bonkers shit like he had two PH.d's, or landed on the beach in Omaha or made out with Martin Luther King jr, or whatever the case may be. (note, some of those aren't actual Bidenisms but they may as well be)

This has always been Joe, whether it is because he's pathological, or his brain has been broken, it's little to do with being old, because he was doing it more than 36 years ago.
