Load of crap for sure. I asked an Arapahoe H.S. (Warriors) teacher about school mascot a few years ago. He said they actually have the blessings or recognition from a local Tribe Elder a while back (?) to use the name as the tribe did not consider it demeaning or offensive.

Bored, white, middle aged affluent women that spend their time looking for shit to be offended by are the death of this nation.

It doesn't matter if the Injuns get offended- they don't make the rules.

It is Dolly Do-Gooder that's looking to protect the Redman's tender psyche that is the danger.

The elder obviously doesn't know he is being offended.

He is low IQ since he doesn't have a bunch of letters after his name, earned form a prestigious institute of higher learning.
