You just never know when those sneaky 8 year Cub Scouts might hijack a plane and fly it into a building. Or take off to Afghanistan for terror training...do they get a badge for that?

But God forbid TSA adds a real bad guy to the "no-fly" list...even a guy the .gov knows is a problem. A guy whose father even warned the US about...twice.

God help us.

I read about this kid a few days ago. He's been stopped and searched by TSA since he was 5. Can you imagine that?

What ever happened to common sense? You'd think that at least a TSA supervisor would look at this kid and say that there must be some sort of mistake, let the kid go.

Just another perfect example of why America is in a downward spiral - we refuse to THINK.

I think the TSA is doing a "bang up" job...with the process to get hired and the high pay of minimum wage it is easy to see why there is such quality people there...

And to answer the question about badges, the answer is yes. They get a badge for it...

I wonder how it feels to them to be part of the most despised group of people in this country? Must take a special breed of asshole to work for that outfit and think they're "special Law Enforcement Professionals protecting American lives". I guess even schoolyard bullies have to grow up and get jobs somewhere.

Most of them would probably be drawing welfare...doesn't matter either way, it is a worthless .gov job that I find to be un-needed.

Most of them are black and white kind of people, they don't see a gray area. they can't see that if 2 people bring in 3 oz bottles each they will have 6 ozs, and if 10 people bring in 3 oz bottles they will have 30 oz.

And it isn't just the people on the front line down at security, it comes all the way from the top. absolutely worthless requirements for passengers that don't make sense.
