Levine is at least a board-certified pediatrician and professor so qualified to serve as Assistant Secretary of Health. He is (in my uneducated opinion) a good example of my observation that a number of people who go in for the study of psychology have more mental problems than their patients but on paper he is qualified. Mayorkas' only qualification for DHS was being willing to violate national security and his oath of office to advance partisan agenda and interests.
