    If you still have that booklet they send you it should say there.... I ASSUME Jan 1st.............. that or find the actual legal text of it online.
    I also ASSUME that the precincts that havent come in yet are rural and probably will be "no's" ..................... but it won't be enough to overcome that lead.

    Tax this...

    After April 1, I will not purchase ammo in this state.

    Would it apply to out of state sales of fire arms? I sure as hell never declared use tax on high dollar items from out if state and the internet.

    It’s ok to butcher a child in this state with state funding up to the date of delivery but you have to pay an additional 6.5% to enjoy a Constitutionally protected activity.


    Think about that for a while.

    When I first moved to Colorado you told me it was ok as Texicans tend to move back home. It was the Californians that stay.
    Well the Wife and I decided today that it was time to get out of here. Done deal, OK is sounding like a good place.
