As soon as Iran gets a working nuclear weapon, it will be smuggled into the USA. They will make it look like a non-state actor (ISIS) was the attacker. Their story will be it was stolen from the Russians. The target will be a nuclear power plant. It will be hard to do forensics on the attack due to all the ionizing radiation.
