    Look for ammo purchase and storage restrictions and a licensing scheme.

    The ammo limits will also be implemented by insurance carriers for fire hazard reasons.

    Back in the 90s, Biden proposed that any household with 20 or more firearms or 1,000 or more rounds of ammunition must be required to hold a yet to be created federal "arsenal license" and be subject to random inspections by BATF.

    He also wanted to totally ban civilian possession of surplus ammo cans, widely used for storage of tools or fishing tackle.

    I watched him state this before Congress on CSPAN2... then, within days, it went down the memory hole and no-one ever spoke of it again.
