Foundation Firearms in Loveland is closing March 31st.

I've lived in Loveland two decades (about 3 decades total in Northern Colorado) and somehow didn't even know this was a thing before today. The fact that I live in the same town, I'm into guns and I've never even heard of them speaks more to how LGS are doing than adding 6.5% to the price tag of items in terms of remaining in business or not IMHO.

Maybe those two are related. If they had better advertising and marketing, they would probably have the business to stay around.

That is a huge bummer. I have bought, sold and transferred guns at the store for many years. They had great prices and the lowest transfer fee's around. I remember speaking to the owner a few months back and he was trying to figure out a way to still stay open with all the BS. Guess he figured it wasn't worth it in the end.
