That is a bullshit form- the government doesn't work like that. They don't use anonymous google docs pages for official documents.

If we (as in gun owners in CO) had some power here I'd say #### with the system and file all sorts of "complaints" as in "that dealer made me pay 6.5% extra, claiming some sort of tax" etc........... but it'd back fire.
