All the major cities on the Front Range are using Real Time Crime Centers with live networked cameras. The cameras show live coverage of crimes being committed. I'd rather Go Fund something like this than some thugs funeral.

Maybe we could add the social credit score too, to help motivate these low-lifes to conform to society? [I'm obviously tongue in cheek].
