Oh snap! its on now. Oh well. Beck will just break it all down for me tomorrow in a condensed truthful version.
I fell asleep within the first 5 minutes (I was pretty tired) but was immediately annoyed he didn't just jump right into it. I feel like that is a non-partisan complaint. Anyway, I woke up half an hour into it, and am pretty damn annoyed that people are seriously trying to go into full blown applause at the end of every other sentence. You could tell he was getting pissed for a while. Also, Nancy Pelosi continuously trying to jump up and turn her favorite parts into a standing ovation like some helicopter mom at a soccer game is driving me up the wall. This would be MUCH easier to watch if I didn't have to stare at the two people I dislike more than anyone else (Biden and Pelosi) the whole time.

I chose not to watch it. I can get a moment-by-moment mockery of it on Arfcom...

I got a good synopsis from The_Neutral_Observer over on ARFcom...
And here is something cute from the Supreme Court...Obama laid an egg tonight. This was his "malaise" speech.
He called out and insulted the Supreme Court, he threatened to embark us on a trade war, he attacked banks and corporations, he showed a willingness to continue to run left, he acted petty and snotty to his political opponents, and he lectured the American people. It came off as an amateur-hour, junior high school locker room speech.
Did you hear the crickets when he mentioned reforming export controls?
McDonnell was kind of ho-hum in the response, but he hit the high points that the tea party movement has been pushing. The format was very effective. At least it wasn't like Jindal's speech last year.

I didn't watch, I'll catch the highlights on ar15 and on Beck tomorrow.
I also want to watch CNN and see what they have to say, they always amuse me
from what I saw in a short thread on ar15 he attacked the supreme court for its recent decision yet the NRA sent me and email and said they applauded the supreme court
I don't even like to give him the time of day, I find it hard to stomach his bullshit anymore, I can't stand listening to the guy speak because I just get pissed, I would prefer he were impeached so his true legacy could down down as a failure in less than 4 years, even worse than carter.
