    Rescue, out of Canon City. Our understanding is that she was one of 18 dogs that were tied to trees while the assholes were starving them. She's been my girl since Nov of 18. DNA says 25% Australian Cattle Dog, 25% unknown K9, remainder is Amstaf. The Cattle Dog is very strong though. She herds anything that moves. And is incredibly protective of our family. I hope our love for her is enough to make up for what she went through before we were lucky enough to find her. As it is, she's my therapy dog. Dammit, someone's cutting onions as I type this...

    Last I heard, yes. But there's been no updates from the rescue group. I asked for pictures once and they told me they would share when the case was complete. But also said I wouldn't want to see them.

    Mule deer shit is the delicacy around here, I've not tried it myself, however I don't think I'll like it as much as Lilly does.
