They are just real temperamental, uber dominant, roam... There are a couple around here that are a problem. Had a friend with a husky/wolf. That dog just wasn't right.
There is a wolf rescue outside of Durango(?). Go visit.
I'd almost rather have a pit.

Now that I tore the old fence down, the neighbor's dog hangs out in my yard all the time to play with my dog.
And does what she can to get my cat.
Even after you slam the door in her face.
My dog and cat mostly figured out how to get along, at least while the dog is sleeping.
